Founded in 1996, DPC was created to bring together the diverse constituencies that make up the disability community to be a powerful force for change-politically, socially and economically.  Your tax-deductible donation helps us continue to advance the rights of people with disabilities. This work benefits people with all types of disabilities, including physical, cognitive, sensory, or emotional disabilities.  DPC is renowned for its successful legal challenges that have resulted in dramatic and positive changes in the lives of people with disabilities, their friends and families.
