Because of the dynamic module used with this form, the link to submit the form does not read properly while the screen reader is in MSAA or forms mode.
As you tab through the form, you will hear this:
If yes, please provide contact details including: Agency, Person, Address, Phone, Date Filed ()
This is the last field you can access in MSAA or forms mode. At this point, you must leave MSAA or forms mode and down arrow. Next, you will hear a check box that you may check to have a copy of the complaint sent to you. If you press enter here, the box will be checked. You must once again leave MSAA or forms mode and down arrow to find the submit link. The submit link willl not appear if you remain in forms mode, this is important if you wish to actually have the data you just entered be sent to the DPC management.
